Zelri Terms of Service

Welcome to Zelri. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zelri iPhone app. By checking the agreement box and tapping Enter Studio, or by continuing to use Zelri, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Studio Profile
- You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law.
- You are responsible for your device access and for activity under your studio profile on this device.
- Provide a lawful studio name and content. Do not impersonate others.
- You may Log Out at any time. Delete Account removes locally stored profile data, posts, Walls, Studio Notes, visitor notes, drafts, pins, hides, reports, files, and Pixels associated with this experience on the device. Purchase records may be retained by Apple or as required by law.
2. Service Description
Zelri is a simple on-device art studio / community. Features include:
- Browsing SAMPLE seed exhibitions and artwork feeds, including search by title, artist, or medium.
- Exhibiting your work by uploading a photo for free.
- Optionally generating an exhibit image from Title + Story + Medium (From Text), which spends Pixels.
- Saving unfinished exhibits as drafts and resuming them later.
- Curating personal Walls, pinning artists, saving works, leaving visitor notes (optionally with a short on-device voice note), and writing private Studio Notes stored on device.
- Setting visibility for your own exhibits: Public, Circle Only, or Private Vault.
- Reporting content and hiding artists you do not want to see.
- Optional consumable Pixels purchases for From Text generation.
This App Store build stores the gallery graph, notes, pins, hides, Walls, drafts, and balances on your device. Private notes are one-sided on-device notes (not a live cloud chat inbox).
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for product, technical, legal, or security reasons.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or the rights of others.
- Upload or exhibit illegal, infringing, abusive, hateful, or sexually inappropriate content (including avatars, studio names, posts, or notes).
- Harass or impersonate others.
- Interfere with app security or normal operation.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service without authorization.
- Abuse generation, purchases, or reporting tools.
- Misrepresent generated images as authentic photographs of real people or physical artworks when doing so would deceive others.
- Upload artwork you do not have rights to exhibit.
4. Your Content
- You retain rights to content you create or upload, subject to law.
- You grant us a limited license to process content solely as needed to provide From Text generation, purchases, and related service functions.
- You represent that your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
- We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or legal requirements.
- Report and Hide tools help you flag issues or limit what you see.
5. In-App Purchases and Pixels
- Photo upload exhibits are free.
- From Text image generation costs 85 Pixels per successful generation in the current build.
- First launch may grant a one-time bonus of 255 Pixels.
- Billing is handled by the Apple App Store.
- Refunds and billing disputes follow Apple policies and applicable law.
- Pixels are consumable, have no cash value outside the app, and are generally non-transferable except where law requires otherwise.
- Because Pixels are consumable, Restore Purchases is not applicable.
6. From Text Image Generation
- From Text uses image-generation infrastructure to create an exhibit image from your Title, Story, and Medium.
- Inputs are processed to fulfill that request.
- Outputs are creative / stylistic and may not be unique or error-free.
- Review generated images before exhibiting them. You are responsible for how you use them.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Zelri app, trademarks, software, and design are owned by Zelri or licensors.
- Except as allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app.
- SAMPLE seed gallery content is provided for browsing and inspiration within the app.

- The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We do not guarantee any specific artistic or commercial result from exhibits or image generation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zelri and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, goodwill, or virtual currency balances arising from your use of the service.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend access if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or create security or safety risks. You may stop using Zelri by logging out, deleting your account, or uninstalling the app.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material updates will be posted on this page and/or noted in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws where the services are offered, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your region require otherwise.
